Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full investor lifecycle — from onboarding to long-term engagement. Your role is a mix of relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll use customer insights and engagement metrics to optimize user journeys, increase satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer journey — from onboarding to advocacy — ensuring a smooth, fast, and frictionless experience
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key investors, acting as their go-to partner for all things TWINO
- Proactively identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, or increased engagement based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights
- Lead communication on public-facing channels (chats, forums, communities), shaping a helpful, friendly, and professional brand voice
- Develop and manage loyalty programs and special offers that drive retention and engagement
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and tech teams to bring customer-centric features and communication to life
- Spot gaps, suggest improvements, and help shape platform updates with customer experience at the core
- Create or oversee key communication materials (FAQs, guides, newsletters)
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Relations roles or relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fintech, investments, or financial services
- Understanding and/or interest in investment and financial products and client operational workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you're confident, empathetic, and solution-driven
- Excellent English, written and spoken; knowledge of German is a big bonus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Organized, self-driven, and able to balance multiple priorities without missing a beat
- Passion for tech, customers, and making things better every day

The salary range for this position varies from 2500-3100 EUR gross, depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
