As Chief Risk Officer and key member of the executive board, you will implement and maintain a robust risk management framework, including strategy, policies, and procedures ensuring effective risk governance and driving strategic risk management initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Implement and maintain a risk management framework, including strategy, policies and procedures
- Comprehensive management of risk control function
- Ensure and monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including limits and restrictions
- Ensure effective risk governance by working closely with the board and management
- Identify, classify, and assess all potential risks and losses in the company’s business activities
- Define the company’s risk appetite and tolerance levels in collaboration with the board and executive management
- Report to the board and executive management on the company’s risk profile, risk exposures, and risk management activities
What we are looking for
- A higher education degree in finance, business administration (MBA), economics, risk management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, including within a regulated financial institution
- Experience across various risk domains such as credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and compliance risk
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks
- Experience in working with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex risk issues effectively
- High integrity and commitment to a strong risk culture

The salary range for this position starts from 4800 EUR gross and depends on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
