Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll ensure proactive customer engagement, strengthen relationships with TWINO investors, and drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Guide investors through the registration and onboarding process and provide ongoing support, ensuring a seamless experience
- Serve as a dedicated and trusted point of contact for clients, answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and helping understand market trends and opportunities
- Identify patterns in customer behavior to recommend improvements to the customer journey
- Monitor, manage, and engage in client interactions on public platforms (chats, forums), fostering dynamic and supportive community experience and growth
- Provide tailored support and a personalized approach to the platform's key investors; promote loyalty programs or special offers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customer-centric initiatives and features
- Contribute to creating and preparing loyalty programs, special offers, and communication materials (guides, FAQs, newsletters)
- Contribute to all matters related to the platform’s changes, improvements, and additions to make sure they are developed with the best investor experience and the platform’s usability in mind
What we are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Relations roles or relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fintech, investments, or financial services
- Understanding and/or interest in investment and financial products and client operational workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and building trust
- Excellent English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities and work to target timelines and metrics while working independently
- Willingness and ability to learn constantly, understand technical details, and commitment to staying updated on new trends and best practices
- Genuine care for customer success and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences

The salary range for this position varies from 1900-2500 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
