Marketing Project Manager

As Marketing Project Manager, you’ll execute campaigns, manage content, and team up across functions to drive growth, strengthen the brand, and optimize digital strategies.
Your responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted and personalized digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create and manage content across digital platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging (social media, blogs, newsletters, website)
- Support in building and managing relationships with affiliate partners (influencers, content creators, etc.)
- Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen the company's market position
- Collaborate closely with product, communications, and customer service functions to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals
What we are looking for
- Proven track record in digital marketing (2+ years), preferably in fintech, investments, or financial services
- Experience in working with affiliate partners (influencers, content creators)
- Experience with content creation and management
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
- Analytical abilities to monitor campaign performance, interpret and present data, and contribute to data-driven marketing decisions
- Experience with SEO, working with digital marketing agencies, email marketing, and optimizing user experience (UX/UI) will be considered a benefit

The salary range for this position varies from 2300-3000 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
