It is planned that the Issuer of Real estate securities will pay out dividends once per year, under condition that the linked property has generated profit.

Dividends will be distributed to investors proportionally to the amount invested in a specific property. The distribution of dividends to investors will be made by TWINO as the Distributor of the securities in accordance with the terms of the Shareholders' Agreement.
